Refund policy

RETURNS:

For all returns please email us kcsignatures@gmail.com. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RA and our approval. The customer must request to return the item within (7) days of receiving the item. Any modified items are final sales and will not be allowed for exchanges or returns. Each item must be returned in its original and unworn condition. The KC Signatures label attached on the item should not be removed for it to be accepted as a return. All shipping fees are non-refundable and sole responsibility of the customer. Items to be returned should be adequately packaged. The return package has to be postmarked within (7) days of receipt of the package. Customers returning the items should include the original invoice in the package. KC Signatures is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
